To get a job at ElevenLabs in 2026, apply to a role on its careers page and show your work. Its engineering postings say it does not require formal experience, certifications or degrees, and asks instead for “artifacts” such as past projects or GitHub contributions. The voice AI company hires around the world: on 4 October 2026 it listed 171 open positions across 53 locations, and 145 of them were tagged as remote. India is one of its target markets, with roles for sales, marketing, public-sector partnerships and deployment.

About ElevenLabs, briefly

ElevenLabs launched in January 2023 with an AI voice model and now sells three platforms: ElevenAgents for voice and chat agents, ElevenCreative for speech, music, image and video generation, and ElevenAPI for developers. In February 2026 it announced a $500 million Series D led by Sequoia Capital at an $11 billion valuation. It said it had ended 2025 with more than $330 million in annual recurring revenue. The same announcement listed locally embedded go-to-market teams in 14 cities, including Bengaluru. The boilerplate in its current job postings says it has raised $781 million in total and that its last valuation was $22 billion.

For job seekers, this means the company is well funded, growing quickly, and hiring mostly for revenue and enterprise deployment roles as it sells to large customers.

Where ElevenLabs is hiring

We checked ElevenLabs’ public Ashby job board on 4 October 2026, which is the feed behind its careers page. Of 171 openings, 145 were tagged remote, 17 on-site and one hybrid. The rest had no tag. Postings usually name a country rather than a city. The United States had 27 roles, the United Kingdom 22, San Francisco 12, New York 10, Poland 9, Singapore and Sweden 8 each, London 7, and India, the UAE, Germany, Mexico and “Europe” 6 each. Roles were also listed in the Netherlands, Brazil, Italy, France, Canada, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Korea, Japan and elsewhere.

Within Engineering & Product, the biggest team by far was Enterprise Deployment, with 28 roles. These engineers build voice-agent solutions for customers. Most of the rest were product engineering, security and AI safety roles, plus freelance work such as dubbing, transcription and translation. Research Engineering had five openings. ElevenLabs in India

Speaking to Storyboard18 in February 2026, ElevenLabs called India its second-largest enterprise market. It named customers including TVS Motor Company, Mahindra & Mahindra, IDFC First Bank and Meesho, and said it planned to expand its local workforce. On 4 October the roles with India as their main location were:

• Account Manager, India
• Account Executive, Mid Market, India
• B2B Marketing Lead, India
• GTM Enablement, APAC (India, or Singapore)
• Public Sector Partnerships Lead, India
• Deployment Strategist Lead, India

India also appeared as an eligible location for a Systems Architect role, APAC communications and revenue strategy roles, and several freelance language roles. The Deployment Strategist Lead posting describes the job as opening up a new market, working “as if a co-founder” alongside a sales leader, and hiring a team of forward-deployed engineers in the region. The Account Manager posting asks for five to seven years of customer success or account management in complex B2B software or AI products in India, plus hands-on familiarity with AI agents and APIs. Some engineering postings that can be done from anywhere also list Bangalore among ElevenLabs’ offices.

Freelance and part-time work

Not every ElevenLabs opening is a full-time job. On 4 October the board listed four part-time freelance roles on its Productions team: transcription and subtitling, dubbing, audiobook production, and translation or linguistics. Each one listed a long set of eligible countries, and India was on all four lists. These are a realistic way in for language specialists and audio professionals. Treat them as contract work, though, not as a guaranteed route to a full-time job.

What ElevenLabs looks for

ElevenLabs’ postings and careers page are consistent about what it values:

• Proof of work over paper. Engineering and research engineering postings say formal experience, certifications and degrees are not required. Instead, ElevenLabs wants evidence that you have solved hard problems, in the form of past projects, designs or GitHub contributions. For a full-stack role this sits alongside concrete skills such as Python, TypeScript/React and API design.
• Impact over titles. The company says it has no job titles and judges people on their impact. It adds that “no task is above or beneath you.”
• Speed and lean teams. Its postings describe rapid experimentation, small autonomous teams and minimal bureaucracy.
• AI first. ElevenLabs says it uses AI across the whole company, from engineering to growth to operations.
• Its values. The careers page lists first principles, excellence everywhere and owning outcomes.

The hiring process

ElevenLabs’ careers FAQ gives an outline and notes that the steps vary by role. Your recruiting partner explains the exact process for your role.

1. Application. Apply on the careers page with a CV and links to your work. For technical roles, those links matter as much as the CV.
2. Pre-screen. This is a first conversation to check fit, location and logistics.
3. Virtual interviews. These are held remotely, and some include a skills assessment such as a take-home task or a case study.
4. Hiring manager conversation. This goes deeper into the role, your past work and how you would approach the first months.
5. Final round. You speak with a founder or a “Bar Raiser”. ElevenLabs doesn’t define the Bar Raiser role on its careers page, so ask your recruiter what this round covers.

The careers FAQ calls the setup hybrid. ElevenLabs has main offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw and satellite offices elsewhere, and says it tries to hire the best people wherever they are. In practice the postings fall into three groups:

• Remote anywhere. Some roles “can be executed globally”, with the option of working from an office such as Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo or Warsaw.
• Remote within a country. Many go-to-market roles are “remote-first” within one country, sometimes with a preferred city or required US time zones.
• Customer-facing travel. Several deployment and sales roles expect regular travel to customer sites.

On visas, ElevenLabs says support is considered case by case and encourages you to apply if you are excited about a role. If you need sponsorship, mention it early. Immigration rules depend on your circumstances, so confirm any plan with a qualified adviser.

Benefits

The careers FAQ lists global benefits for full-time employees: flexible paid time off including a company-wide one-week shutdown at year end, an annual learning and development stipend, an annual social travel stipend to meet colleagues, a coworking stipend if you are not near an office, and a one-time work-from-home stipend. • Lead with impact. Since ElevenLabs has no job titles, frame your experience as outcomes you owned, with numbers, rather than as a list of titles.
• Show you can work asynchronously. The company stresses written documentation and few meetings. Clear, concise written answers in your application help.
• For India go-to-market roles, show local depth. Postings ask for an understanding of the Indian market, experience with enterprise buyers, and comfort with APIs and SDKs.
