How we enforce it

When we find our work copied or repurposed without permission, we ask the site to remove it. Material that isn’t ours

Facts themselves are not owned by anyone. Images credited to other creators are used under their licences, which still apply. Quotes belong to their speakers and publishers, and trademarks and logos belong to their owners.

If you think we used your work

Email editor@100xfounder.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

  1. The work you believe was infringed.
  2. The exact URL of the material on our site.
  3. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every complete notice promptly and remove or correct material that infringes. If we remove something you posted, you may send a counter-notice with the details required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We remove the content of repeat infringers.
