Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 100xFounder (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit 100xfounder.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: details you submit through our contact form or founder spotlight form, such as your name, email, photo and answers.
  • Usage data: standard server logs and analytics such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location.
  • Cookies: small files stored by your browser, used by us and by third parties as described below.

Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads or non-essential cookies are used.

How we use information

  • To publish content you ask us to publish, such as a founder spotlight.
  • To reply to messages and send emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website, and to show advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Emails we send

We may email founders whose products launched publicly, using contact addresses those companies publish on their own websites, to offer a free listing and spotlight. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribe requests immediately.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to remove a spotlight, by emailing creatorbusinesshub9@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights, which we will honour.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.

Newsletter and founders community sign-ups

When you join through our signup form or popup we collect your email address, your WhatsApp or phone number if you choose to give one, the page you signed up on, the date and time, and the exact wording of the consent you ticked.

  • Why: to email you the startup news, funding rounds, launches and events you asked for, and, if you gave a number, to contact you about the founders community. We do not use these details for anything else.
  • Who sees it: our editorial team. Emails are sent through our email host, Hostinger. If you join the community on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that chat. We do not sell your details.
  • How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We may keep a record that you consented, and when, as proof.
  • Your choices: every email carries an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent, or ask to see, correct or delete your details (your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies, the GDPR), at any time through our contact page.
