Parallel Loop raises $6.6M seed led by 3one4 for enterprise AI
Enterprise AI startup Parallel Loop launched with a $6.6M seed led by 3one4 Capital. Here is what it sells, who backs it, its clients and where the money goes.
Parallel Loop, an enterprise AI company with most of its staff in India, launched on 14 October 2026 with a $6.6 million seed round led by 3one4 Capital. The startup says it works as an “AI operating partner” for mid-market and large companies, pairing its own software with engineers who build AI into a client’s existing systems, according to Analytics India Magazine and Inc42.
Key takeaways
- Seed round: $6.6 million (about ₹63.1 crore), led by 3one4 Capital, with Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures and Economic Development Innovations Singapore taking part.
- Angel backers named in coverage include Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, CRED founder Kunal Shah and Philip Yeo, former chairman of Singapore’s Economic Development Board.
- Founders Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean previously co-founded FairDee, a Thai insurtech that Qoala bought in 2021.
- Named clients are Havells and Licious in India and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand.
- The money goes to go-to-market, hiring and scaling operations, with a focus on Western markets.
The round and who invested
3one4 Capital, the Bengaluru venture firm, led the round. Inc42 puts the amount at roughly ₹63.1 crore (a crore is 10 million rupees) and lists Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures and Economic Development Innovations Singapore as institutional participants. The same report and the launch announcement carried by Electronics Media name three individual investors: Vijay Shekhar Sharma of Paytm, Kunal Shah of CRED and Philip Yeo, who has chaired Singapore’s Economic Development Board and the research agency A*STAR.
Anurag Ramdasan, a partner at 3one4 Capital, said the firm was “excited to partner with the Parallel Loop team and lead their seed”, according to Analytics India Magazine. The company’s own press kit confirms the US$6.6 million figure and the lead investor.
For a company founded in June 2026, a seed round of this size four months later is large by Indian standards. It reflects the founders’ track record more than any revenue figure; none has been disclosed, and we have not estimated one.

What Parallel Loop sells
Parallel Loop does not pitch a single off-the-shelf tool. Its website describes three linked offerings, which Analytics India Magazine and Inc42 report in the same terms:
- AI Enablement: working with a client’s leadership to find where AI is worth using and to set a roadmap.
- The AI Stack: a governed, modular platform shared across departments. It connects existing systems and company data to power live dashboards and automated workflows.
- Software Factory: forward-deployed engineers, meaning engineers placed inside the client’s teams, plus AI agents that modernise legacy systems and build new applications.
The design leans on control rather than autonomy. According to Inc42, the company favours deterministic workflows, where each step follows fixed rules, over free-roaming AI agents. Jogani told the outlet that AI judgement is reserved for classification or decision steps, which he put at about 10% of a typical workflow.
Data handling is the other selling point. The stack can run in a client’s own cloud or on-premises, supports several model providers including open-weight models, and keeps an audit trail of prompts, responses and actions, per Analytics India Magazine. Clients keep ownership of their data and of the work built for them. The company’s site also lists data residency, tenant isolation and zero data retention.
Jogani framed the opportunity simply: “Intelligence has become abundant,” he said in the launch statement reported by Electronics Media. His argument is that the bottleneck has moved from model quality to getting AI into the systems companies already run.
Customers so far
The company names three clients: Havells and Licious in India, and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand. Analytics India Magazine says it works with more than 10 enterprises, while Inc42 puts the figure at more than 12. Its website also shows the logo of Scimplify, a chemicals platform.
Havells is the clearest reference case. According to Inc42, several hundred Havells employees use the platform for workflows, automations and dashboards, and the two companies are working on AI-led coordination between sales teams, channel partners and influencers. Pramod Mundra, President and CIO of Havells India, said work that sat in legacy reporting tools “now starts with a simple question in chat”, as quoted by Analytics India Magazine.

The founders
Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean have built together before. They co-founded FairDee, a Thai insurtech that worked with independent insurance brokers, and Indonesian insurtech Qoala acquired it in March 2021, as Fintech News Singapore reported at the time. Chean was FairDee’s chief executive; the report also lists Thanasak Hoontrakul as a co-founder.
After the deal, Jogani became Qoala’s group chief technology officer and Chean its group chief operating officer, according to Inc42. The pair helped scale the business across five Southeast Asian markets, the outlet says. That background explains both the Thai insurance client and the Bangkok office.
Where the team sits
The team numbers about 30, according to Inc42, which reports that the company is headquartered in the US with an Indian entity in Bengaluru, and that 85–90% of staff are in India. Coverage lists teams in Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai; the company’s press kit adds Singapore.
The spread matters for the plan. Jogani told Inc42 the new money will strengthen go-to-market, grow the team and scale operations, with a focus on Western markets. An India-based engineering team serving clients in the UK, Gulf and Southeast Asia is a familiar model for Indian IT services; the difference here is a product layer that the company says it reuses across clients.

Indian enterprise AI funding in 2026
Parallel Loop’s round lands in a busy stretch for startups that sell AI to companies rather than consumers. A day earlier, on 13 October, Clueso raised a $10 million Series A led by Dharana Capital for AI agents that produce business videos, according to Inc42; the company is headquartered in San Francisco but has most of its team in India. In February, Loop AI raised a $14 million Series A led by Nyca Partners for back-office automation for restaurants and retailers, with teams expanding in New York, San Francisco, Tampa and Bengaluru, as Entrackr reported.
Larger cheques are going to process-automation platforms too. In September 2025, EvoluteIQ raised $53 million in growth capital led by Baird Capital for its agentic automation platform aimed at banks, insurers and manufacturers, according to Tech.eu.
On market size, Inc42 cites the Google and Inc42 “Bharat AI Startups Report 2026”, which projects India’s enterprise AI market at $71 billion by 2030. Treat that as a projection, not a measured figure. You can follow more rounds like these on our funding tracker.

Why it matters
Many enterprises have run AI pilots that never reached daily use. Parallel Loop is betting that what is missing is integration work and engineers on site, not another chatbot, and that buyers will pay for a partner that stays. Its stress on deterministic workflows, audit trails and on-premises deployment is aimed at regulated and conservative buyers such as insurers and manufacturers.
The open question is margins. A model that relies on forward-deployed engineers looks partly like a services business, and the company will need to show that its AI Stack is reused across clients rather than rebuilt for each one. For job seekers, it adds to demand for engineers who can ship AI inside existing systems; see current openings on our AI and ML jobs board, and more startup coverage in news.
