Kudos 3.0
The AI that finds money you're missing and gets it back
What Kudos 3.0 does
Kudos is a money app for people in the US with several credit cards. Its free version picks the card that earns the most rewards for each purchase at more than 2 million merchants, adds extra cashback (Kudos Boost) at over 15,000 partner stores, surfaces card perks you may have forgotten, tracks balances and due dates and shows a free credit score. It works as an iPhone and Android app and a browser extension.
Kudos Premium adds the features this launch is built around: an AI agent that phones your providers to negotiate lower bills, automatic cancellation of subscriptions you no longer want (Kudos asks before cancelling anything), automatic activation of card-linked offers at American Express, Chase, Citi, Capital One and Bank of America, and an AI assistant, in beta, that answers questions about your spending and cards. Kudos 3.0, launched on Product Hunt on 12 October 2026, reorganised the app around a single “Your wins” total and a ranked “next best move”. It finished #8 for the day with 119 upvotes.
Kudos is made by Kudos Technologies, Inc. of California, co-founded by Tikue Anazodo and Ahmad Ismail. It makes money partly from affiliate commissions, including on purchases through Boost and on credit-card applications, so its recommendations can involve paid relationships. It covers US cards and bills, so it is of little use to readers in India or elsewhere.
We have not tested Kudos ourselves. This page brings together Kudos’s help centre, terms and App Store listing (its main website loads only in a browser), its Product Hunt page and the official pages of comparable apps, and says where each fact comes from.
What people use Kudos 3.0 for
- Using the right credit card at checkout to maximise rewards
- Getting card-linked offers activated without doing it by hand at each bank
- Having an AI agent call a provider to ask for a lower bill
- Finding and cancelling subscriptions you forgot about
- Seeing all card balances, due dates and credit score in one place
The launch story
Tikue Anazodo says he spent years in consumer payments at Microsoft, Google and Affirm, and kept noticing that people don't lose money because they're careless but because claiming it is a chore: the credit they forgot, the bill that crept up $40, the subscription they meant to cancel. In his words, most AI assistants launched this year help you spend, and Kudos is built to get money back.
Members told the team the app made them do too much of the work, so Kudos 3.0 was rebuilt around one question: what is the most valuable thing you can do with your money right now? He said Kudos never moves money without your OK, and that you keep all the savings from negotiations. The savings figures he quoted from early testing are the company's own and we have not verified them.

What users liked, asked and criticised
- Automatic activation of card offers that are easy to miss
- Cancelling forgotten subscriptions
- An AI that actually phones the provider
- How it tells a forgotten subscription from one you rarely use but want (answer: it always asks before cancelling)
- How card recommendations work when shopping on a phone (answer: through an optional Safari extension)
The automatic card offer activation caught my eye. Those offers are easy to miss when you have to go looking for them yourself.
How does Kudos tell "forgotten" from "rarely used but wanted"? Does it ask before cancelling every time?
Wait, it actually calls the provider for you? Wonder how those conversations go lol.
The automatic subscription cancellation caught my attention.
