Founder Q&A
In the founder's words
Nallamothu Ayyappa Venkata surya, Founder
Why did you build it?
Suryawave was built to make practical digital technology more accessible to Indian businesses and entrepreneurs. I wanted to build useful software solutions that help businesses establish an online presence, improve their operations and explore AI-powered tools without unnecessary complexity.
Who is it for, and what problem does it solve for them?
Suryawave is designed for Indian entrepreneurs, small businesses and people looking for practical digital solutions. Its goal is to simplify access to e-commerce technology, software development and AI-powered tools so businesses can build and improve their digital presence.
What was the hardest moment so far, and what did you do?
One of the biggest challenges has been building and improving a technology platform with limited resources. I have focused on choosing cost-effective tools, developing the product independently and improving the platform step by step instead of waiting for a large budget.
How did you get your first users or customers?
I started building Suryawave independently, focusing on practical digital solutions for businesses and entrepreneurs. I have been promoting the platform through social media, my professional network and direct outreach. My focus is on understanding real business needs, demonstrating what the platform can do, and building trust with potential customers as Suryawave grows.
One piece of advice for other founders?
Start with a real problem, build a practical solution and keep improving it through feedback. You do not need a huge budget to begin, but you do need consistency, patience and a clear understanding of your customers.
