What Scrape Anything by Context.dev does

Scrape Anything is a web-scraping endpoint from Context.dev, an API company that supplies web data to software and AI agents. You send a URL and choose the outputs you want, such as HTML, Markdown, screenshots, images or raw bytes, and Context.dev handles the browser rendering, anti-bot blocks, proxies and retries. Each output comes back in its own field from a single call, and all of them share one base charge. You can also extract data as JSON against your own schema, run browser actions and read PDFs with OCR.

It sits inside a wider API that uses the same key and credits: mapping and crawling sites (up to 500 pages per call), web and news search, AI answers, brand data such as logos and colours, people enrichment and website monitors with webhooks. There are official SDKs for TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Go and PHP, a CLI and an MCP server for AI agents. The service is hosted only.

Scrape Anything launched on Product Hunt on 12 October 2026, Context.dev’s fourth launch there, and finished #9 for the day with 104 upvotes. Product Hunt lists Yahia Bakour and Nikhil Radosevich among the team.

We have not tested Context.dev ourselves. This page brings together its official site, pricing page and documentation, its Product Hunt page and the official pricing pages of comparable APIs, and says where each fact comes from. If you scrape other sites, their terms and robots rules still apply to you.
