Think nCaseLite could go 100X?
Give it a push. One tap per reader each day; the meter tracks buzz here, not quality.

nCase Lite is a portable carry case for emergency nasal spray, made by nCase Technologies. It holds a single dose of naloxone (such as NARCAN®) or other emergency nasal sprays (neffy®, VALTOCO®, and more) and clips to your keys, bag, or belt loop. The goal is to make naloxone something you carry every day instead of something stored at home. It is the successor to the company’s original NALOX-1 case. It is made from soft silicone and is described as 37% lighter and 30% smaller than the original. It comes unbranded, so it looks like an ordinary keychain accessory.
Key features
Made for everyday carry. A swivel hook attaches it to keys, a bag, or a belt loop.
Single-body design. There is nothing to unclip or unscrew. You open it and the spray lifts straight out.
Durable. The silicone is weather-resistant and UV-resistant.
Secure fit. An interior cradle grips the plunger, so drops and impacts don’t dislodge the dose or set it off by accident.
Founder Q&A
In the founder's words
Daniel wilder, CEO
Why did you build it?
for getting brand awareness
Who is it for, and what problem does it solve for them?
Who it’s for
Individuals and families, harm reduction workers, bartenders and hospitality staff, nonprofits, public health departments, and first responder teams. For organizations, nCase offers bulk pricing, discounts for mission-aligned groups, and custom QR stickers. Orders of 3,000 or more units can include embossed logos and custom colors.
What was the hardest moment so far, and what did you do?
The hardest moment was where nCase began: in 2019, our co-founder Dani lost one of her closest friends to a fentanyl overdose. Soon after, her classmates witnessed someone overdose in public. In both cases, people nearby owned naloxone but didn’t have it on hand. It was painful to realize the problem wasn’t access, it was readiness. So we turned that loss into a mission: design a case small and durable enough to carry every day, so naloxone is there the moment it counts. That idea became nCase, and it’s now evolved into nCase Lite, which is 37% lighter and 30% smaller than our original design.
One piece of advice for other founders?
Build around a problem you’ve seen firsthand, and make the solution fit into people’s existing habits. Our users already carry keys, so the best place for naloxone was the keychain. Don’t ask people to change their routine. Fit into it.
