Eat Train Feel is a web app that keeps three things on one timeline: what you eat, how you train and how you feel. You log meals from a library of 6,300 foods (values from the USDA database), build AMRAP or rounds workouts from the equipment you actually have and follow them one move at a time, and track weight, sleep and a daily check-in. A coach mode lets a personal trainer send workouts, cardio and meal plans to clients and see what each client actually logged.
Workouts can be sent to a Garmin or Amazfit watch. Today’s plan goes over by itself, the lap button moves you to the next exercise, and the result comes back to your log. Your data is encrypted on your device before it syncs, and the site says the operator cannot read it. The exceptions are anything you choose to share with a coach and workouts on their way to your watch. There is no app-store download: you install it from the browser.
Accounts are by invitation only. Eat Train Feel is run by Aleš Sušnik in Slovenia and launched on Product Hunt on 4 October 2026, finishing #34 for the day with 60 upvotes.
We have not tested Eat Train Feel ourselves. This page brings together its official site, terms and privacy policy, its Product Hunt page and the official pricing pages of comparable apps, and says where each fact comes from.
What people use Eat Train Feel for
- Training at home with whatever equipment you have, guided move by move
- Logging food, weight, sleep and mood in one place
- A personal trainer sending a client a workout for a specific day and checking it was done
- Following AMRAP or rounds workouts on a Garmin or Amazfit watch without manual syncing
The launch story
Aleš Sušnik says Eat Train Feel started this summer when a friend asked him to write her a few workouts. By the fifth one he was copy-pasting from his notes and she was screenshotting his messages. A friend who works as a personal trainer then told him what he needed with clients: send a workout for a specific day, see whether it was really done and see what they eat, all in one place. That became the coach mode.
The watch feature came from his own training at home with a Garmin fenix 8, where getting an AMRAP workout onto the watch from another app was always a question of whether it had synced. He said he cared about workouts built from the equipment you own, encryption in the browser so the server can't read your data, no app store, and being able to export everything.

Frequently asked questions
Is Eat Train Feel free?
Yes, for now. Its terms say paid plans may come later, with at least 15 days' notice before anything you use stops being free.
How do I get an account?
Accounts are by invitation only. The site invites people without one to ask for an account.
Can my coach see everything?
No, only what you share. Each item has its own share switch, and shared items are decrypted so the coach can see them, which the maker confirmed on Product Hunt. If you leave a coach, the shared copies on the server are deleted.
What happens if I forget my password?
There is no reset. Your data is encrypted with your password on your device, so if you lose it, nobody can decrypt your data.
Which watches does it support?
Garmin and Amazfit, through Garmin Connect and Zepp. Today's workout is sent to the watch and the result comes back to your log.
Why doesn't it show BMI?
Its terms say BMI needs your age and sex, which the app chooses not to collect.
