Slintel sold B2B buyer intelligence: technographic data on which software tools
companies use, signals about which companies were in the market to buy, and business
contact data. Sales and marketing teams used it to build target account lists, prioritise
prospects and personalise outreach. At the time of its sale, 6sense said Slintel
captured more than 60 attributes across 15 million companies every week and that
its revenue had grown 500% year on year.

Slintel raised money from Indian and global investors. Venture Intelligence, which
tracks Indian deals, reported that between December 2019 and June 2021 it raised
more than INR 185 crore from GGV Capital, Stellaris Venture Partners, Accel India
and Sequoia Capital India. On 5 October 2021 6sense, the US account engagement platform,
announced it had acquired Slintel, shortly after buying Fortella; the price was
not disclosed, Demand Gen Report noted. 6sense said Slintel’s data would feed audience
building, AI predictions and account prioritisation in its platform.

Slintel no longer exists as a separate product. Its old website now redirects to
6sense’s sales intelligence page, and its data is sold as part of 6sense, which
does not publish prices. So anyone looking for Slintel today is really evaluating
6sense against other sales intelligence vendors such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io and
HG Insights. This page records what Slintel was and where it went, using 6sense’s
own announcement and trade press coverage of the deal.

_We have not used Slintel for this page. It brings together Slintel’s own website
and the reporting linked under Sources, and says where each fact comes from. Nothing
here is paid placement._
