Dagmor turns completed customer calls into review work. Its Call Log keeps original
recording names, audio and readable transcripts together. Teams can use their own
script or draft one from questions that recur in real calls. Reviewers can check
uncertain findings, while agents see Hero Scores and managers get conduct, recording
coverage, customer-word and trend reports. Survey answers stay beside what people
actually said between the ticks. A team can also send its recordings and take finished
reports without using the review screens. The first campaign is free if you stop
there; later work costs €0.04 per recorded minute, rounded to the nearest euro.
