This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Manager, Technical Success Management in the Technical Success department. Zscaler SecOps applies rich data expertise to cybersecurity by curating data from hundreds of tools into a patented Data Fabric for Security. In this role, you will lead strategic engagements for high-profile enterprise accounts, partnering with executives to deliver contextualized risk scoring and proactive security solutions that make the world a safer place. ### What you’ll do (Role Expectations) * Lead strategic engagements for high-profile enterprise accounts to ensure solutions align with business needs and drive long-term success * Proactively analyze complex technical environments to identify security risks and deliver tailored mitigation strategies * Develop deep product expertise across our Data Fabric for Security™ and Unified Vulnerability Management modules to advocate best practices * Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Support, and Product teams to streamline customer experiences and resolve critical escalations * Deliver expert technical consulting and training sessions, both virtually and on-site, to educate customers on platform optimization ### Who You Are (Success Profile) * You are customer-obsessed, building deep empathy for enterprise security leaders and framing technical insights around solving their real-world risk challenges. * You are a problem-solver who is energized by analyzing complex technical environments and crafting proactive risk mitigation strategies. * You are data-driven, leveraging expertise in data modeling, SQL, and security analytics to surface actionable truths and guide executive decisions. * You are a high-trust collaborator who partners seamlessly across Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver unified customer experiences. * You champion simplicity by distilling intricate cybersecurity concepts, data fabric workflows, and vulnerability metrics into clear, executive-ready guidance. ### What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) * Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem- solving * 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical consultancy or success role within cybersecurity * Proven track record of executive stakeholder management, strategic customer engagements, and conveying complex technical concepts clearly * Hands-on experience analyzing technical environments, conducting cross-functional collaboration, and troubleshooting critical customer escalations * Background in data modeling methodologies, SQL, or ETL processes within technical or security domains * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field ### What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) * Deep domain expertise in vulnerability management programs, enterprise risk scoring, and security operations * Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency * Prior experience mentoring technical engineers and elevating service delivery practices * Hands-on familiarity with security data fabric architectures or multi-tool security data integration #LI-HG1 #LI-Hybrid At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
