### Role

We are looking for a Senior CS Enablement Program Manager to join our team. This
is a hybrid capacity based in Bangalore role (EMEA working hours) , reporting to
the Manager, CS Enablement in the CS Enablement department. In this role, each program
manager owns a Customer Success audience and answers for its readiness. Taking ownership
of a core function—such as Professional Services, Technical Services Management,
or Support—you will run enablement like a product line by turning stakeholder roadmaps,
team pain points, and quarterly priorities into structured programs that move key
business metrics.

### What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

 * Own the enablement roadmap for an assigned CS audience, mapped to that function’s
   priorities
 * Be the named owner for your stakeholders, running monthly syncs, maintaining
key relationships, and keeping the roadmap aligned
 * Build the business case for each initiative to ensure all programs deliver clear
   value
 * Coordinate across pillars to deliver structured programs including onboarding,
new-hire, intermediate, and advanced learning journeys
 * Report quarterly on the link between your programs and at least two business
   outcomes for the function

### Who You Are (Success Profile)

 * You act like an owner, driven by a passion for the mission and a bias for action
while navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
 * You are a high-trust collaborator who embraces a culture of candid feedback to
build trust and achieve shared goals.
 * You are customer-obsessed, building deep empathy for internal and external stakeholders
to anchor decisions in solving real-world problems.
 * You operate with urgency, maintaining a relentless focus on execution and delivering
   high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
 * You champion simplicity by distilling complex problems and technical concepts
into clear, actionable plans and precise communication.

### What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

 * Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history
of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-
   solving
 * 7+ years in program management, enablement, or a customer-facing CS / PS role
 * A track record of owning stakeholder relationships and delivering structured
   programmes end to end
 * Strong business-case and prioritisation discipline
 * Excellent communication across technical and leadership audiences

### What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

 * Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive
   measurable operational efficiency
 * Domain familiarity with one of PS, TSM, or Support workflows
 * Experience working inside an enablement measurement framework
