This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering, ZPA. You’ll lead a team of 6-8 software engineers building the world’s largest cloud security platform from the ground up. ### What you’ll do (Role Expectations) * Oversee and lead a team of engineers to develop high-quality software that is performant, scalable, reusable, extensible, secure, supportable, and reliable * Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-availability distributed systems using technologies like Kafka, Elasticsearch, Druid, Opensearch * Deliver high-quality, reliable microservices and highly distributed solutions while ensuring overall system reliability * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize security to maintain high availability for critical cloud systems * Collaborate with product managers and other engineering leaders to translate technical goals into measurable business results ### Who You Are (Success Profile) * You thrive in ambiguity.
