It carries its own pricing, business, product, engineering, custom-model and vendor functions under one roof — a complete unit built to solve the most complex problems in the strategic sector: the three armed forces, intelligence agencies, financial regulators, and institutions of national importance such as central ministries and national policy bodies. What we deploy here must be at strategic parity or higher — anything less is a national- security risk.
