for Product Managers to create high impact and critical business products. You will
work with business leaders and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap,
execution of a product area. Successful product managers are extremely customer

### Role Overview:-

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Paytm’s International
Expansion charter. This role requires deep hands-on experience in payment products
across acquiring, gateways, banking and card scheme integrations, merchant onboarding,
settlement systems and merchant experience.

### Key Responsibilities:-

 * Own the end-to-end product roadmap for international payments: merchant onboarding,
   card acceptance, clearing, settlement and payouts, reconciliation, merchant experience.
 * Lead integrations with card schemes, onboarding vendors, the card switch, settlement
   banks, terminal vendors, FX providers and open banking aggregators.
 * Design onboarding, settlement, reconciliation, payment, merchant features that
   meet the regulatory requirements of each market.
 * Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, compliance, and
   business teams.
 * Work with solution architects and engineering leads, write detailed product requirement
   documents, and manage roadmaps and deliverables.
 * Work with multiple stakeholders, senior management and cross-functional teams
   to influence quicker decisions and clear technical roadblocks.

### What We’re Looking For:-

 * 5+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to payments infrastructure.
 * Prior experience in merchant payments and global fintech environments.
 * Exposure to launching new products in a new market is a strong advantage.
 * Strong execution focus with the ability to operate in complex, high-scale environments.
