### About the Role

We’re looking for a **YouTube & Content Intern** to manage and grow the YouTube 
presence.

### Key Responsibilities

 * Manage day-to-day **YouTube channel operations**, including publishing and content
   scheduling.
 * Research guests and topics for upcoming episodes.
 * Coordinate with editors and designers on **video edits, thumbnails, and post-
   production**.
 * Review videos, share edit notes, and identify **highlights and timestamps** for
   Shorts/clips.
 * Manage **YouTube SEO** and optimize content based on performance.
 * Create supporting **carousel and social media content**.
 * Publish content across **YouTube, Instagram, and Medium**.

### Ideal Candidate

 * Strong interest in **YouTube, content, and digital media**.
 * Good understanding of YouTube SEO and content performance.
 * Strong communication and coordination skills.
 * Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple content pieces.
